With Francesco Allegrini now leading the family business, a new project comes to life—deeply rooted in tradition yet boldly looking to the future. This is the spirit behind Olio Allegrini: a premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil shaped by personal vision, refined through experience, passion, and meticulous care.

A journey that bridges North and South.

Francesco Allegrini

Raised in the heart of Valpolicella—an iconic region and a global benchmark for Italian wine excellence—Francesco Allegrini has developed, over the years, a deep appreciation for those products that, through history and tradition, embody the culinary identity of Italy.

Among them, olive oil holds a special place. A true symbol of Italian cuisine, it now stands at the core of a project that blends heritage with innovation. Drawing on this legacy and guided by a modern vision, Francesco set out to create an olive oil with a clear and distinctive identity.

This led to the decision to personally select the cultivars and growing regions: Valpolicella, Lake Garda, and Puglia. Three extraordinary places, each with its own unique character, coming together in a blend that delivers a rich, authentic, and unmistakable profile.
