Cassiopea for a rose-tinted summer
on the Etruscan Coast

Named after the constellation that presides over the estate of Poggio al Tesoro, Cassiopea is an intense pink colour with purplish undertones. The nose proffers notes of red berries, blackberry, raspberry and small fruits, while it is tangy and fresh on the palate with a satisfyingly long finish.
Ideal as an aperitif to accompany bruschette, fried mixed fish and vegetables in tempura. Perfect with soups, grilled white meats, fish dishes and creamy cheeses. Serve at 8-10°C (46-50°F).
